I came across a video of one of my favorite people Dr. Jane Margolis from UCLA. In this video Dr. Margolis is being interviewed by Jewel, a graduate student in computer science at North Carolina A&T, at the Tapia Conference in Portland, OR which is where I first met Dr. Margolis after communicating via email for several months. In this video, Jane talks about her research as a social scientists studying the inequities in computer science and in computer science education for black and Hispanic students.
